HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PRODUCT?

Most of our products are made to order so our lead time is usually two weeks. If you need something immediately, we recommend contacting us at pernodavenue@gmail.com and we can arrange a time for you to shop through our on-hand inventory.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN WOOD BURNS?

Once you add an item to your cart and select a wood burn personalization, you will be able to enter the information on the attached form. We will reach out to you prior to wood burning to make sure we know exactly what you want.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We ship our products anywhere in the United States via USPS. Our shipping prices will automatically generate when you order and are based on the size of the package needed to ship the item. All shipments are also insured and that is included in the shipping total.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD?

Definitely. Select the PICKUP option when checking out and we will notify you to arrange a time for local pick up. We are located in the Lindenwood Park neighborhood.

HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR MY NEW BOARD?

Each board is finished with four coats of food-safe oil, conditioner, and beeswax to protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wood. After each use, we recommend hand washing and standing the board upright to dry. Never place your board in the dishwasher or allow it to soak in water for an extended period. Over time, the wood may dry and benefit from re-oiling. To maintain its beauty and longevity, simply apply a food-safe cutting board or butcher block oil, available at most kitchen supply stores.
